A dark brown hardwood mulch. Perfect around trees and in woodland areas for weed control.
A 3" layer is recommended. 1 cubic yard will cover a 10ft x 10ft area at 3" of depth.
Mulch is sold by the cubic yard. Round up or down to the nearest yard as necessary. Calculate the area needed for coverage by multiplying length x width (use ft). Use the chart to determine yards needed.
Mulch can be delivered locally to Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Highland Park or Highwood. Each truck load can accommodate up to 10 yards of Premium Hardwood mulch for a $55 delivery fee.
An additional delivery fee will be added for orders larger than the maximum truck load and may be added for other locations within a reasonable driving distance of Lake Bluff. Any additional fees will be determined when delivery is arranged for these exceptions..
For the customer to self pick up with an open bed truck directly from the supplier in Lake Bluff, arrangements can be made with the supplier and the delivery fee will be refunded.
